In this course, you will learn the essential steps for creating a business plan, including creating a first draft; identifying the audience; gathering information; researching; describing product plans; and marketing, sales, and accounting terms.
In this course, you will learn basic research skills, such as reading, memory recall, and note-taking. You will also learn how to create different kinds of outlines for different stages of your project, and how to move from the outline to writing, editing, and polishing. As well, youll learn how to find information using the librarys Dewey Decimal System, journals, and the Internet.
To begin this course, you will learn about the four stages of report writing: investigating, planning, writing, and revising. Youll also learn about the ten steps of proposal writing, as well as using headings, adding visual aids, writing persuasively, and sourcing material.
